BULK MAIL FLYERS
Periodically I mail professionally designed and printed flyers to homes in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area.
Every time the listing information for your property changes, i.e. price adjustment, I create an email that I distribute to all the realtors in my office as well as the other real estate offices here in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. This way, your property stays at the top of their minds and they have the most up to date information about it.
This is the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board system that all realtors use to gain information on everything on the market at a given time. It includes up to eight pictures of a given property plus all the vital stats. It is the most important network of information for realtors, sellers, and buyers alike because it is totally comprehensive. The biggest disadvantage to For Sale By Owners is that their home is not part of this system, and therefore most serious buyers won’t even know your house is for sale.
This is a piece of software that generates catchy, animated advertisements and sends them to the email addresses in my address book. I create these presentations to advertise your home as a new listing, and also to announce updates to the listing. I then send them to all the people I know who are interested in buying, and to the majority of realtors in Vancouver and the rest of the Lower Mainland.
